There is an application fee. Non-NBCCD applicants: You must demonstrate equivalent experience to our one-year Foundation Visual Arts (FVA) certificate. The direct-entry application deadline is January 15. You will need to pay an application fee* and submit an official FVA transcript, OR an official transcript showing at least one year of successful post-secondary education, OR evidence of equivalent experience.
