Global Silver Excellence Scholarship
Award: The Global Silver Excellence Scholarship is worth £3,000 for undergraduate applicants.Â
ELIGIBILITY
1. You must be applying for the first year of a full-time undergraduate or graduate master’s program that meets the eligibility requirements to be eligible for this scholarship.
2. Applicants for the International Foundation Year still need to be eligible.
3. Students who pay for their education and graduate from Salford’s International Foundation Year with a grade between 65 and 69 qualify for this scholarship if they continue to one of our approved undergraduate programs from 2024–2025.
4. If you are applying as an undergraduate, you must have an offer for a program that accepts you and has A-level grades of BBC or above in your home country.
6. If you are applying for a postgraduate program, you must meet the requirements of your offer, have an offer for a program that accepts you, and have at least a second-class lower (2.2) degree.

The following courses exclude students from applying for this scholarship:
- All nursing programs. Alternatively, the Year of the Nurse and Midwife scholarship might be available.
- Any courses or programs in diagnostic radiography, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, prosthetics, and orthotics, including a placement with the NHS.

Salford International Excellence Scholarship
1. Our international scholarship committee awards the Salford International Excellence Scholarship. Amounts offered to successful applicants range from £1,000 to £5,000. For the academic year 2023–2024, you must have applied for a course and received an offer.
2. You have been offered a place in an undergraduate program (bachelor’s degree) and have been granted advanced admission, allowing you to start your studies in Year 2 or Year 3 instead of Year 1.

If you previously received an award from another scholarship, you are still eligible to apply. However, per our terms and conditions, you can only earn one scholarship of the highest value.
