About the Project
As a PhD student, you will contribute to a project focused on human learning decision-making in complex workplaces. The search aims to develop models of how humans learn about automated advice and the impact of learning on remembering and executing planned actions. It also identifies factors that pose risks to learning and adaptation in high-stakes industries.

Eligibility criteria
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to do independent research and have appropriate training and experience. In general, this might be a master’s or bachelor’s degree with fort or upper-second-class honors.
Civil and Structural Engineering PhD Scholarship
Description
The candidates will work on an Australian Research Council Future Fellowship project titled “Innovative Data Driven Techniques for Structural Condition Monitoring” to monitor the structural health of civil engineering structures. This project covers research issues such as vision-based vibration measurements, artificial intelligence approaches, data analysis, and signal processing techniques for structural health monitoring.

Eligibility criteria
1. Both domestic and international students should have full-time enrollment.
2. A bachelor’s degree (first or upper-second-class honors) in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a similar discipline is necessary.
3. Language requirements for TOEFL: internet-based Overall 79, Reading 13, Listening 13, Speaking 18. Meanwhile, areas for EI scored all for speaking, listening, and I screening 6.0.
4. Applicants with Master’s degrees in research, technical publications, and research experience in structural dynamics and structural health monitoring, particularly in computer vision, image processing, machine learning, deep learning, signal processing, and data analysis approaches, are encouraged.
