A Foundation Degree is a vocational higher education qualification, which equates to the first two years of a Bachelor’s degree. These courses are a qualification in their own right and cover the levels of study known as levels 4 (year one) and 5 (year two).

If you’ve finished high school but don’t meet the entry requirements for university, a Foundation Certificate can help you gain entry to the first year of an undergraduate degree.
You can undertake a Foundation Certificate before going on to an undergraduate course if you have completed 12 years of schooling in Pakistan and achieved a minimum of IELTS (Academic) 5.0.

Scholarships covers a portion of the cost of college courses. The top students in their degree preparatory courses can also receive advancement scholarships for the cost of their degree tuition at Bournemouth University.
The Academic Excellence Scholarship (PG) is worth £3,750 for a postgraduate program lasting one year. A 65% or higher academic average is required of the students. When students advance to their university degrees, these scholarships offer them further financial assistance in the form of tuition reimbursement. Each year, the top-performing students receive these scholarships.Â
