Program language requirementEnglish Language Assessments are valid for two years from the application date. A minimum score of 110 on the Duolingo English test. The TOEFL, also known as the Test of English as a Foreign Language (IBT), is an online exam with a minimum overall score requirement of 80 and a minimum academic score requirement of 18. The minimum and maximum band scores for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS—Academic Stream) are 5.5 and 6.0, respectively. PTE (Pearson Test of English): The skill profile should receive a score of at least 55. An overall score of at least 60 on the Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL) online, with no band dropping below 50. Oxford English Language Level Test (ELLT): a minimum total score of 6 and no band below 5.
