| Program entry requirement | In order to transfer to the Faculty of Applied Science, students need to complete a 'W' (writing) course and a 'Q' (quantitative) course. They must achieve a grade of C- or better in all classes and maintain a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.40 by the end of their second semester at FIC. Successful transfer students need a minimum GPA of 2.75 for specific engineering programs and a cumulative GPA of 2.5 for admission to the university. Students interested in changing their program to an Applied Science program should meet with an advisor by the end of week two of the semester prior to transferring. |
