Edge Hill University is a public university in Ormskirk, Lancashire, England. Before accepting its first male students in 1959, the University formerly known as Edge Hill College opened as England’s first nondenominational teacher training institution for women in 1885. Edge Hill University scholarship
The selection of overseas scholarships offered by Edge Hill University is competitive. When a full-time international student pays fees, their application will automatically be considered for a scholarship.
Undergraduate development scholarship
This scholarship, which can cover up to £3,000 of first-year tuition costs, is available to students beginning an undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree. The students who are selected to receive the award will be notified of their offer letter by the university.
Postgraduate excellence scholarship
This £3,000 scholarship will be given based on academic excellence towards the cost of tuition for a postgraduate (master’s) program. The University will decide which students will receive the grant; the successful students will be informed of their offer letter. It is important to remember that the PGDip and PGCert programs are not eligible for the scholarship.
Postgraduate excellence scholarship (returning EHU students)
Scholarships totaling £4,000 (a postgraduate excellence scholarship worth £3,000 plus a £1,000 fee discount as a returning student at Edge Hill University) will be awarded to successful candidates. The University will decide which students will receive the grant; the successful students will be informed of their offer letter.
