Cummings Scholars Program

Public school graduates in Baltimore City and Washington, DC, are eligible to apply for scholarships through the Cummings Scholars Program to study in USA from Pakistan. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, have lived in Baltimore City or Washington, DC, and have attended a public school in either city for three years in a row. Applicants should follow the usual process for applying for need-based help; no additional application is necessary.

The Cummings Scholars program has two funding tiers:

Full cost-of-attendance scholarships, which cover tuition, lodging, board, and fees, will be awarded to applicants with typical assets and family incomes of $80,000 or less.
The maximum family contribution for applicants with typical assets and family incomes between $80,000 and $150,000 will be 10% of family income.

International Scholarship

This institutional scholarship is given to incoming overseas students who show merit and need on a funds-available basis. Offers are subject to full-time enrolment and sustaining satisfactory academic progress, and they can be renewed for a maximum of eight semesters.

Merit-Based Scholarships
