2024–2025 Netherlands Government Scholarship Master’s and short course scholarships that are fully funded for students from abroad. The Orange Knowledge Programme, which is a component of the Dutch Government Scholarship, covers living expenses, tuition, health insurance, visa fees, and round-trip flights at no cost.

The following are the eligibility conditions for the Netherlands Government Scholarship:

Eligible Countries
The applicant must be a national of and resident/worker in one of the OKP Countries Listed.
- The scholarship applicant works at one of the following national or local organizations: ministries, secondary or higher vocational or academic education institutions, universities, the private sector, commissions, or NGOs.
- The scholarship applicant should not work for a bilateral or multilateral organization or a non-governmental organization that is internationally active and focused on representing social interests in areas such as development cooperation, nature, and environmental protection, health, or human rights.
- The applicant is a practitioner who, with their
(1) role,
(2) several years of relevant working experience, and
(3) contacts in a theme of local development relevance, is in a position or, through their employer, could be put in a position to apply the knowledge learned from the course in practice. - The scholarship applicant possesses a valid identification document.
- Has been selected or admitted to the course or program for which they wish to receive an OKP scholarship.
- The scholarship applicant has furnished a government statement with the scholarship application.
- The applicant for the scholarship proves that the required percentage of co-financing is available to finance the research.
- The employer of the scholarship applicant backs the application with a letter of recommendation and declares its intent to continue paying for the scholarship participant’s salary at the time when they will be undergoing the program and after their return to give them an opportunity to apply what he has learned in practice.
