Spain Visa Checklist
To Study in Spain, here are a few visa steps:
For the Police clearance certificate issued from Islamabad
- CNIC OF STUDENT 2 Copies.
- CNIC of Witness 2 copies.
- CNIC of Father 1 copy.
- Passport Photocopy of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Page.
- 2 pictures passport size blue background
- Admission letter conditional
All above documents should be attested by 17 grade officer.
Birth Certificate should be issued with the validity of a year.
Submit documents for verification and legalization at visa tronix
919 PKR per page.

After legalization submit all documents for translation via email.
Spanish Translation from sworn translator
Apply for visa Islamabad embassy (visatronix) (separate checklist provided by visatronix)
- Visa application form
- Passport size photos with white BG
- Original and copy of passport( all pages)
- Passports must be issued within the last ten years and valid for at least three months beyond the visa application period.
- Visa form.
- Provide a photocopy (full page) of your medical insurance (covering €30,000.00) that includes repatriation from any Schengen State in case of emergency. The medical insurance must cover your entire stay in all Schengen States (1 year).
- Make a full-page photocopy of your return ticket booking.
- Confirmation of accommodation in university.
- Economic documents include bank statements and salary certificates from the previous 12 months.
- Proof of enrollment in a learning center for studies or training courses.
- Provide a letter from the local company/institution identifying the applicant and describing the purpose of your visit.
After completing and signing the visa form and submitting the necessary documentation (mentioned above), submit an additional set of clear photocopies of the entire file together with the original.
Please keep in mind that during the evaluation of a visa application, extra papers may be asked to ensure that all conditions for obtaining the visa are met.
All submitted documents must be in Spanish translation as per Article 15 of Act 39/2015, effective October 1st, which governs Spanish Common Administrative Procedures of Public Administration. An authorized Sworn Translator must perform the translation from English into Spanish.
All non-Spanish public papers must first be duly legalized.
Legalization of Pakistani public papers is requested from the Embassy of Spain in Islamabad.

Please keep in mind that meeting the requirements listed above does not guarantee visa issuance.
In some situations, a personal interview with the applicant may also be necessary.
It is important to understand that even after receiving a visa, authorities may refuse entrance into the Schengen Area upon arrival. In such instances, the Embassy of Spain assumes no liability.
