Business Merit Scholarship
Value: 25% of your total tuition costs
Based on your previous academic results, you could be in the running for a Business Merit Scholarship. They cover 25 percent of your total course tuition and are available to new international students applying to study with us.
Eligibility criteria
- Undergraduate and postgraduate international students must maintain a full-time study load, 1 EFTSL over a 12-month study period, to maintain their scholarship. The scholarship is applicable for tuition fees only and for first-attempt subjects. The total price is charged on retake subjects if previously failed. The scholarship may not be eligible for any course changes during the duration of the study. Undergraduate applicants must display a high school credit average and an IELTS of 6.5 or equivalent. Postgraduate applicants are required to display a credit average in their previous degree and have an IELTS of 7.0 or equivalent overall.
Alumni Scholarship
Value: 25% of your total tuition costs
New international students who have previously studied with us have an opportunity to apply for the alum scholarship that covers 25 percent of your total tuition costs.
Eligibility criteria
- New full-time undergraduate and postgraduate international students who have previously studied at Strategic Education Inc. outside Australia and New Zealand can be considered for an Alumni Scholarship.
Design and Creative Technology Merit Scholarship
Value: Up to 30% of your total tuition costs
You could be in the running for a Design Merit Scholarship based on your previous academic results, work experience, and portfolio. They cover 30 percent of your total course tuition and are available to new international students applying to study with us.

- Undergraduate and postgraduate international students must maintain a full-time study load, 1 EFTSL over a 12-month study period, to maintain their scholarship. The scholarship is applicable for tuition fees only and for first-attempt subjects. The total price is charged on retake subjects if they previously failed. A credit average from previous academic studies, design work experience, and an outstanding portfolio submission will be considered for assessing students for this scholarship.
Hospitality Motivational Scholarship
Value: up to 30% of your total tuition costs
Based on previous academic merit, industry experience, and your situation, this scholarship will cover up to 30 percent of your total course tuition. It’s available to new international students who are starting in hospitality.

- This scholarship is reviewed based on previous academic merit, industry experience, and a student’s situation. Undergraduate and postgraduate international students must maintain a full-time study load, 1 EFTSL over a 12-month study period, to maintain their scholarship. The scholarship is applicable for tuition fees only and for first-attempt subjects. The total price is charged on retake subjects if previously failed. The scholarship may not be eligible for course changes during the study duration.
Offshore online
Value: up to 30% of your total tuition costs
If you’re starting your studies offshore and online, you can take advantage of this scholarship, which offers up to 30% off your total course tuition. (You must continue studying offshore and online for the whole course.) Scholarships may not be available to new international students commencing in some courses.
Eligibility criteria
Applicable to full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students studying the entire course duration offshore. The scholarship is applicable for tuition fees only and for first-attempt subjects. A total price is charged on retake subjects if previously failed. New international students commencing the Master of Business Administration (On Demand) course are not eligible for this scholarship. However, they may qualify for the 25% scholarships.
New Brisbane Scholarship
Value: up to 30% of your total tuition costs
If you plan to study full-time at one of our Brisbane campuses in 2024*, you can apply for these scholarships. It will cover up to 30 percent of your total course tuition.

Eligibility criteria
Scholarship is for new international students commencing their studies at our Brisbane campuses in 2024. Academic conditions apply for the Design, Business, and Health merit scholarships. Regional scholarships are provided based on new International student passports.Undergraduate and postgraduate international students must maintain a full-time study load, 1 EFTSL over a 12-month study period, to maintain their scholarship. The scholarship is applicable for tuition fees only and for first-attempt subjects. The scholarship may not be eligible for course changes during the study duration. Students must display an IELTS (or equivalent) 6.5 overall band above the entry requirements and display a minimum of a credit average in previous studies completed (for undergraduate students, this refers to last high school studies, and for postgraduate students, this refers to an earlier bachelor’s degree).
