A public research university by the name of the University of Bradford is in Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. It became the first institution in Britain to create a Department of Peace Studies in 1973. In the list of the best global universities, the University of Bradford ranks 1306. The QS World University Rankings for 2023 place it between 701 and 750. 52% of applicants get admission every year. Bradford University founded the first university-based business school in the UK and delivers education that has won awards.

Intermediate / Higher Secondary Certificate with Foundation Programme or Bachelor degree (2 years) 65%.
A level: BBC
International Baccalaureate: 112 points to include at least 2 HL subjects plus HL 3 or SL 4 in Maths.

Postgraduate

Bachelor’s degree (4 years or less than 5 years with 3.5/4.0

English Language Requirements: Undergraduate

IELTS: 6.0 with no sub-test less than 5.0 (or equivalent)
TOEFL: 80 overall and sub-tests not less than 18 in Reading, 17 in Writing, 17 in Listening, and 20 in Speaking
PTE: 55 overall with at least 46 or 51 in each of the four sub-tests

English Language Requirements: Postgraduate

IELTS: 6.0 with no sub-test less than 5.5.
TOEFL: 94 overall with 17 in Listening and Writing, 20 in Speaking, 18 in reading
PTE: 60 overall and a minimum of 51 in all components.

University of Bradford scholarship

International Academic Excellence Fee Scholarship

Value: £2,500, £3,000 or £3,500
Eligibility: The scholarship is only applicable to students who enter their program in Year 0 (Foundation) or Year 1.
This scholarship is only available to students paying the full international fee.
Eligible countries
Students from all countries, who meet the criteria, are eligible.
Undergraduate Entry
The country equivalent of AAA at A-level will result in a £2,500 fee scholarship. The scholarship will be paid in subsequent years if progressing with an average of 58% or above.

Postgraduate Entry
The country equivalent of first-class Honors at degree level will result in a £3,000 fee scholarship. Students from one of the countries eligible for the Country Specific Scholarship will receive a £3,500 fee scholarship.
How to apply
These scholarships are automatically processed by the University and no separate application is required.
NOTE: Please note that students can only receive one scholarship or discount so students who are eligible for more than 1 award will be given the award of the highest value.

Bradford Futures Scholarship

Value:  £1,000 per year – which would be paid as a cash payment to scholarship winners. 
Eligibility criteria: Full time, home fee paying, undergraduate students.
Students must either be year zero (foundation year) or first-year undergraduates.

  1. Have low household income and/or low socioeconomic status
  2. Are you a BAME student
  3. Are disabled
  4. Are a young career

Applicable courses: All full-time undergraduate courses.
Eligible countries: Students from all countries, who meet the criteria, are eligible.
How to apply: All applications are electronic – applications for the scholarship will open on 3 October 2022 and close on 31 October 2022.

Vice-Chancellor’s Award for students

Eligibility criteria: All self-funding, international fee-paying students who are nationals of Pakistan. Students must be paying international fees
Applicable courses: All full-time courses based at the University of Bradford (excluding MBA, distance learning, and external).
Eligible countries: Students from all countries, who meet the criteria, are eligible.
Payment amount & frequency
Value: All students from Pakistan will be entitled to a £4,000 scholarship as a fee reduction. The scholarship will be paid in subsequent years if progressing with an average of 60% or above.
How to apply
These scholarships are automatically processed and no separate application is required.
These scholarships are not paid in addition to the international academic scholarship

Aziz Foundation Scholarship

Eligibility criteria: Students must apply directly via the Aziz Foundation.  The Foundation deals directly with applications and will also decide on scholarship winners.  A link to the application page can be found here
Students must secure a place on their chosen course at the University prior to applying for the scholarship.
