Graduate Entrance Research Scholarship (GERS)
These $17,500 scholarships are available to full-time students enrolling in UNBC’s Master’s or Doctoral programs for the first time and have not previously held an entrance award. Students must intend to enroll in a thesis or project-based degree to be eligible for a prize; consideration is based on a Graduate Admission GPA of 3.67 or greater and alignment with UNBC’s research priorities. Applicants to UNBC Master’s or Doctoral programs are eligible; requirements will be considered for this award, and there is no need to apply. This prize will only be granted to some students.
