St Michael’s College, formally the University of St. Michael’s College, is a constituent institution of the University of Toronto. It is a Catholic university that devotes itself to the rigorous pursuit of truth and significance. USMC has a strong undergraduate division, a graduate Faculty of Theology, and one of the busiest libraries at the University of Toronto, all in the center of one of the world’s most diverse cities. University of St. Michael’s College Programs

Undergraduate programs at St. Michael’s include Celtic Studies, Medieval Studies, Christianity and Culture, and Book and Media Studies. Its four SMC One programs take an interdisciplinary approach to issues of religion, technology, history, and reconciliation, while its First Year Foundations seminars immerse new students in a discussion-based university-level study on a specific subject or theme. At the basic degree level, the university’s Faculty of Theology delivers the Master of Religious Education, the pastorally focused Master of Divinity, and the academically extending Master of Theological Studies degrees, with research-oriented MA, ThM, and PhD programs at the higher levels.
