Furtwangen University (HFU) is a German university of applied sciences with campuses in Furtwangen in Schwarzwald, Baden-Württemberg, Villingen-Schwenningen, and Tuttlingen. Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology
The Berliner Hochschule für Technik (BHT) (German for “Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology”) is Berlin’s second-largest University for Applied Sciences. However, BHT has over 12,000 students studying in more than 70 majors, as well as 795 employees, including 291 professors and 43 guest lecturers.
It was also known as Technische Fachhochschule Berlin or TFH Berlin in the past. After Christian Peter Wilhelm Beuth, it was known as Beuth Hochschule für Technik Berlin from 2009 until 2021. The name was changed to the Berliner Hochschule für Technik on October 1, 2021, due to Beuth’s antisemitic background.
