Many of the rewards are available to both new and returning students, while some are restricted to a particular school, program, or academic year.

A range of factors are used to determine awards:

  • Need for money
  • Exhibited leadership
  • Experience volunteering
  • interests in a career
  • academic standing

Types of financial support available

  1. Outstanding students who transfer straight from a Nova Scotia high school to a certificate or diploma program are recognized with high school entrance honors. In the event that you receive an entrance prize, your first year’s tuition is free.
  2. Various factors are considered when granting scholarships, bursaries, and prizes. The goal of these financial aid programs is to help with living expenses, educational expenses, and the cost of supplies and equipment.
  3. Organize a Our industry partners are the source of our student prizes. These may consist of monetary assistance, opportunities for on-the-job training, and/or employment upon graduation.
