Ontario Tech University (OTU) offers various scholarships and funding opportunities to support graduate students, including those pursuing Master’s and Doctoral degrees.
Vector Scholarship in Artificial Intelligence
Value and duration: $17,500 for one year
Eligibility
1. During the academic year 2023-2024, you must be pursuing a full-time master’s degree at an Ontario institution in a field related to artificial intelligence. You must follow a customized study schedule focusing on AI, or the software needs to be vector-recognized.
2. Possess first-class standing (minimum A- or equivalent) from a recognized university for the final two years of full-time equivalent study (usually 20 half-courses).
Transcripts from students should demonstrate their readiness for the suggested master’s program.
3. Nominees with relevant work experience and upper second-class standing (B+) will be considered if they submit a justification for inclusion in their candidacy package.
Dean’s Graduate Scholarships
High-achieving, full-time students entering a research-based Master’s or PhD program with a solid academic record are awarded scholarships between $3,000 and $4,500.You don’t need to apply separately; you will be automatically considered upon admission.
