Business and Economics Graduate Scholarship
The Faculty of Business and Economics honors exceptional academic accomplishment and values diversity in its student body. The goal of the Business and Economics Graduate Scholarship is to draw in and honor deserving applicants to the Faculty of Business and Economics’ qualified postgraduate coursework programs.

Eligibility
The following are the requirements to be eligible for this scholarship:
1. you must be an international student.
2. you must be accepted into one of the Faculty of Business and Economics’ graduate coursework programs (except for some courses, such as Master of Analytics Management, Master of Business Administration, Master of Business Analytics, Master of Marketing, and Master of Organizational Leadership),
3. exhibit great intellectual skills from earlier postsecondary education.
Selection criteria
Academic merit—that is, the performance you attained in your most recent year or years of study—is the basis for selection.
Application process
No separate requirement for application. Students who meet the eligibility criteria will be automatically on the consideration list for this award.
Sport Access Scholarship

Scholarship benefits include:
- Unrestricted access to the strength and fitness center (up to maximum capacity)
- One complimentary training program per month, subject to availability, plus a free initial session with a trainer in our strength and fitness gym
- Unrestricted access to group exercise sessions (up to a class cap)
- Obtain Member pricing for all additional MU Sport offerings, including court rentals and lodging at the Melbourne University Ski Lodge.
- Having the use of informal lockers while working out
- A $300 maximum subsidy toward membership in the MU Sport Club or intervarsity athletics
- 50 per semester for participation in a Campus Sports event
- Free Court Use (one weekly one-hour court use, subject to court availability)
Eligibility
In order to qualify for this scholarship, you have to:
- Enroll in a University of Melbourne course of study.
- Be in good standing academically.
Please be aware that you will only be qualified to receive the following benefits if you currently hold a subsidized fitness membership (as well as all related benefits) through another program or alternative means (such as a college fitness membership, an elite athlete program membership, or an Indigenous student membership).
- A grant of up to $300 toward participation in the MU Sport Club or intervarsity athletics.
- A $50 per semester scholarship to compete in a MU Sports Campus Sport.
- Free court use (one weekly one-hour session, subject to court availability).
Graduate Research Scholarships
At the University of Melbourne, scholarships for the Research Training Program (RTP) and the Melbourne Research Scholarship are available to deserving domestic and international students beginning their graduate research degrees.

Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
- have applied for and been accepted into the University of Melbourne’s graduate research program, or
- be currently studying in one of the programs to be eligible for this award.

Offers for Graduate Research Scholarships with stipend and fee offset are made separately, but roughly concurrently with the announcement of course offers.
