Graduate Teaching Assistantship/Fellowship

2. Laurentian University pays $14,124 ($7,058 biweekly as salary to doctoral students and $7,066 as a single installment for graduate fellowship) into their respective accounts.

Appointed students must provide up to ten hours of teaching help per week. Only students enrolled full-time in the first two years of Laurentian’s graduate master’s program or the first four years of the doctoral program are eligible for GTAs. If a student has fulfilled the prerequisites mentioned above, they are eligible for a GTA (Graduate Teaching Assistantship). After being admitted, you must register for classes during the academic year’s autumn and winter terms.
