The University of Tasmania is a higher research government platform with its main body in Tasmania, Australia. It is Australia’s fourth-longest-living university which came into existence in 1890. The TU collaborates with 20 specialized research organizations and cooperative research centers, and it provides a variety of undergraduate and graduates degrees in several subject areas.

At the Australian Maritime College, the country’s hub for maritime education, training, and research, the university also offers tertiary education.
