Technical University Darmstadt

The Darmstadt University of Technology, or TU Darmstadt, is primarily a member of the TU9 body. The Technical University of Darmstadt is a research-focused public institute based in the city of Germany called Darmstadt. Established in 1877, and in 1899 it was granted doctorate-granting authority. It became the inaugural college in the world to create a chair in electrical engineering in 1882.
