Researching in the areas that are most closely related to Professor Bolton’s areas of expertise as an early career researcher (level A/B lecturer) at Murdoch University: themes related to history utilising appropriate historical methodology.

The 2025 scholarship round will commence in July, as the Graduate Research Office is happy to inform you. Scholarships are given out according to potential, research experience, and academic merit.

Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants must be full-time and meet the admission requirements for the required HDR degree (a first- or upper-second-class Honours degree, a Master’s degree by research, or equivalent).
Candidates must have a Master’s degree with a substantial thesis component, an H2A (or equivalent), or a First Class Honours degree.
