Eligibility
To apply for this scholarship, you must:
- Be studying or have previously attended any of the following schools:
• Metropolitan TAFEs in the South and the North
• TAFE Regional - be pursuing, or have previously earned, a diploma, advanced certificate, or associate degree in the same discipline as your bachelor’s degree program at Murdoch University.
- Have applied to Murdoch University or are starting your first semester of study there.
- Start at Murdoch University no later than one semester after finishing your TAFE study.
- Give the University permission to use your name and likeness in its publications and media.
- Students from both domestic and international schools are eligible for this scholarship. Nevertheless, the TAFE WA Scholarship is not available to foreign students who have been awarded an International Welcome Scholarship.

Payment Method
The $3,000 prize is paid in two equal installments of AU 1,500 each, straight into your chosen Australian bank account in weeks 7 or 8 of the first two consecutive semesters of study, subject to the terms and conditions of the award being met.

Eligibility
For eligibility, you have to meet all of the following requirements:
- You are a foreign student who pays the full tuition.
- Enrolling in classes at one of Murdoch’s campuses in Western Australia in 2022–2024
- You are starting your studies toward a Murdoch coursework degree that qualifies.
You will get this scholarship if you:
- do not have to pay tuition fees for international students if they are Australian citizens or holders of a permanent residency visa.
- Have been awarded a scholarship by the Australian Government to defray your tuition costs partially or fully.
- are supported by a financial organization outside of the Australian government that has a scholarship arrangement with Murdoch University.
Eligible courses
- International students can pursue bachelor’s, graduate certificate, graduate diploma, and master’s degrees through coursework at one of Murdoch’s campuses in Western Australia; however, certain courses are not eligible, such as the Master of Applied Psychology in Clinical Psychology, the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), and the Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Veterinary Biology.
How to Apply
You don’t need to apply because students who meet all the requirements for admission are automatically given this scholarship.
Payment Method
This scholarship is automatically subtracted from the course tuition cost for each teaching session for the duration of the course, working as a 20% tuition fee contribution.
It cannot be viewed by the recipient and will be credited to their Murdoch University tuition fee account.

Eligibility
To apply for this scholarship, you must:
1. Have finished all of the required courses for the Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Biology.
2. Enroll in Murdoch University’s Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program.
3. Plan to participate in any extracurricular activity that satisfies Murdoch’s School of Veterinary Medicine standards.
4. Present a letter verifying an agreement from the company or the veterinarian overseeing the extramural project.
