In the English city of Derby, there is a public university called the University of Derby. It all began in 1851 when the Derby Diocesan Institution for Training Schoolmistresses came into existence. It became a university in 1992. The overall ranking of the University of Derby is 601 in the World University Rankings published by Times Higher Education. High School: Students holding the Higher Secondary Certificate with an average of 60% would usually be eligible for the International Foundation Year.

International Baccalaureate: 30 points

Four-year degree (BA, BBA, BSc, or BEng) from an accredited Pakistani university with a minimum GPA of 2.4/4.00

English Language Requirements

IELTS: 6.0 overall (with at least 5.5 in each skill area)

TOEFL: 80 overall with no less than 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking, and 19 in writing

Postgraduate

IELTS:  6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 in all areas).

TOEFL: 87 overall, with no less than 20 in listening, 20 in reading, 22 in speaking, and 21 in writing

Scholarship recipients, who must be citizens of one of the following nations and be enrolled in a one-year postgraduate program at the University of Derby, will receive financial assistance totaling £11,000 under this scheme.
