University of Canberra Scholarships undergraduate and postgraduate

South Asia Excellence Scholarship

Value: $4,000

1. Must be a citizen of one of the following South Asian nations: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan; must be starting a full-time, fee-paying degree at the college for the first time.
2. Pupils in their senior year of secondary school who have a weighted average grade exceeding 70% or something close.
3. $4,000 off the UC College tuition for foundational or diploma programs.
4. A limited number of spots are available for overseas students studying onshore and offshore for the Trimester 2, Semester 2, and Trimester 3, 2023 intake.
5. Applicants for the South Asia Excellence Scholarship must submit a completed application to study at UC College, along with their prior academic transcripts, to UC College by email at their website.

Academic Merit Scholarship

Value: $2,500

1. Pupils in their senior year of secondary school who have a weighted average grade exceeding 70% or something close.
2. $2,500 off the UC College tuition for diplomas or the Foundation program.
3. To be eligible, students must stay enrolled until Friday, week 4 of classes (after the census date).

Early acceptance scholarship

Value: Up to $2,000

1. For International Foundations or Diploma Programs, UC College will provide a one-time $2,000 scholarship; for Graduate Certificate in Academic Foundations (GCAF), the college will grant a one-time $1,000 award.
2. To be eligible, students must stay enrolled until Friday, week 4 of classes (after the census date).

Terms and conditions

1. The few spots available for scholarships from UC College could disappear anytime.
2. Australian Dollars (AUD) are used to indicate scholarship amounts.
3. It is not possible to transfer scholarships to another intake.
4. A first-come, first-served policy will govern the scholarship awards, and candidates may be qualified for more than one kind of bursary or scholarship.
5. Diplomatic or sponsored students are not permitted.
6. A University of Canberra International Foundation Studies, UC College Diploma, or Graduate Certificate in Academic Foundations are the three academic courses available.
